Q: I hate waiting in lines, when is the best arrival time to avoid a long line?
A: Our busiest nights are always on Friday and Saturday and the closer to Halloween it gets the busier we get. The best advice is to arrive early, as close to 7:30 P.M. as possible.

Q: Is the waiting area indoors or outdoors?
A: Outdoors. Please be prepared in case of bad weather conditions.

Q: Do you have restrooms available?
A: Yes. Portable restrooms

Q: I have a 10 year old child, is this haunted house appropriate for him?
A: We will allow any age child at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Q: Will my kid get scared?
A: This is a very common question and the most impossible for us to answer. It really depends on the child. We've found that some children get very scared while some don't at all.

Q: I'm going to bring my child, what happens if they get too scared?
A: If the child (or adult) gets too scared, we do have exits through the haunted house.

Q: If we exit half way because my child is too scared, can we get some money back?
A: No, all ticket sales are final.

Q: Is this event wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, the haunted house is designed to fit wheelchairs

Q: Do you have strobe lights, loud noises, or fog and is there any heath concern?
A: Yes, we do have strobe lights, very loud noises and fog machines. These items have been known to cause epileptic seizures.

Q: Are there refreshments available?
A: Not at the haunt site, however, there are many bars and restaurants in the immediate area

Q: It says you close at 11pm/10pm. What happens if we are in line when you close?
A: You will be allowed to enter. The closing time is indicated for the ticket booth

Q: If we are in line for tickets at the time listed for the ticket booth to close, will we be able to get in?
A: Yes, we will accommodate everyone and we plan to remain open a bit later for busier nights.

Q: Will the monsters touch us?
A: Only if you misbehave while going through the haunted house…then they will tear off your arm or leg, whichever is closer to them. Seriously though... do not touch the characters or props and they will not touch you. Violation of this policy may lead to ejection or prosecution.

Q: If I purchase my ticket online, do I have to use it that day?
A: No, you may use this pass for any date we are open.

Q: What is my ticket good for?
A: Your ticket is good for unlimited trips through the haunted house on the day you attend only.

Q: There are other features here. Does my ticket cover the cost of these?
A: No. These attractions are available to our patrons at the cost posted at each section.
